The movie Birdy grabbed me in my stomach as a teenager. Maybe cause of my strong connection to animals and nature. At my early 30’s, I was driving on my way home when a little one fell from the tree into my glass. Sia sings of a bird set free. I’m sometimes still torn in this cage.
